Purpose The purpose of the Senior Wish Organization is to honor senior citizens by helping them fulfill their dreams and give them hope for the future.
Forevr Young grants wishes for senior citizens, 65 or older, and health is not an issue. We are making WWII veterans a priority, since we are losing thousands of veterans in the United States each week.
Wish Categories: . Life-long Dream e.g. ride in a race car . Fun-filled Dream e.g. get a makeover . Memory Wish e.g. be reunited with a child hood friend . One Last Time Wish e.g. ride on a farm tractor once again . Needs-based Wish e.g. handicap ramp
Organizational Needs We need volunteers to help with wishes and fundraisers. our organiization depends upon the community to help grant wishes; therefore, we need businesses to donate or discount their services. We need volunteers to visit and interview wish recipients. Also, we need a grant writer.
