Organizations that wish to apply for a Collierville Community Fund Grant should print and complete the following application below. The application and other necessary documentation described by the Grant Process must be submitted to the Collierville Community Fund, c/o Community Foundation, 1900 Union Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. The application deadline for submission is July 1, 2011. Please submit a typed (not faxed) original of the completed application. Please do not bind applications - a binder clip is preferred.
