Board of Advisors

A diverse board of volunteer advisors, all of whom reside in the Collierville area, is responsible for raising funds, selecting grant recipients and advising the investment of the Fund.  The Board has the flexibility to fund a broad range of needs including those in education, health, human services, art, cultural activities and community development.  Board members include:


Dr. Warner F. Davis, President
As a resident of Collierville for 12 years, Dr. Davis is pastor of Collierville Presbyterian Church.  His ministry spans pastorates in Kentucky, Florida, New York, and Tennessee.  Rev. Davis is also a member of the Collierville Rotary.

Tish Lewis, Vice President & Public Relations

Fran Persechini, Secretary
Fran Persechini is President of the Collierville Chamber of Commerce.

Rick Pride, Treasurer & Webmaster
As a 15 year resident of Collierville, Rick is an accomplished Information Technology executive and leader.  He is president of CIO Services Group, LLC, an IT consulting practice providing strategic direction, services and solutions for businesses.  Rick previously was Chief Information Officer of Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics and VP & CIO of Maybelline.  Currently Rick services on the International Executive Board of the Society for Information Management and is a member of the Memphis Chapter Board.  He is on the Board of the Mid-South Red Cross, the MIS Advisory Board of the University of Memphis and the Board of the Halle Plantation Association. 

Greg Frazier, Grants
Gregory Frazier is a Senior Business Applications Analyst with FedEx Services on the International Express Freight IT team.  He is responsible for project management and quality related activities on projects with freight or international impacts.  Mr. Frazier has been with FedEx since 2001 and has a BS in Mathematics / Computer Science with extensive Information Technology experience.   Gregory currently serves on the boards of Page Robbins Adult Day Care Center, Collierville Chamber of Commerce, and the Collierville Citizens Police Association.  He is the past president of the Collierville Rotary Club and is a member of the Collierville Police Advisory Board, Gideons International, and Germantown Baptist Church.  He is a graduate of Leadership Collierville (Class of 1996), Collierville Citizen’s Police Academy, Collierville CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) program, and the FBI Citizens’ Academy.  Gregory has served on the Collierville Planning and Zoning Board, the board of trustees of Leadership Collierville, Collierville Education Foundation, and as Awana Commander at Germantown Baptist Church. 

William Craig Hall
Mr. Hall is an attorney and Judge of the Collierville Municipal Court.

Sara Hansen

Herbert "Herbie" Ann Krisle
Herbie Krisle is Executive Director, Page Robbins Adult Day Care.  Page Robbins provides weekday care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia while providing much needed respite for their caregivers.  Prior to Page Robbins, Herbie was a director for The Memphis Food Bank.  Herbie is also a member of Collierville Rotary, Kiwanis and Civitan.  He is a graduate of Leadership Germantown and Leadership Collierville.

Pete Pinckney, Past President & Development Asst.
An almost life-long resident of the Collierville area, Pete is vice-president of Network Systems, Inc., a family-owed software development firm in business since 1981. He has served on the Board of Commissioners of the City of Piperton, as Fayette County's representative on the Private Industry Council, nine years on the board of the Collierville Rotary Foundation, past Rotary Club president and a Paul Harris Fellow.

Mike Sayres, Grant Asst.

Mike is an Information Technology professional with FedEx.

Estie Sheahan, Development
Estie is a graduate of Leadership Collierville.

Kay Stamps
Kay is an agent with John Green & Co. Realtors, CRS, GRI, ABR.




Advisors must in interested in improving the overall quality of life in Collierville, contributing financially to the Fund and participating in meetings and on committees that serve the mission of the Collierville Community Fund.
